Matan Michael is a Co-Founder and Principal of Business Advisors of America and the firm’s licensed advisor. He leads the valuation and technical side of every deal, from the financials to the deal structure. He also runs the technology behind the firm, which helps owners reach more qualified buyers.

Yogi Shmuel

Co-Founder & Principal

Yogi Shmuel is a Co-Founder and Principal of Business Advisors of America and leads the firm’s relationships. He spends his time in person with owners, partners and buyers, from the first meeting to the closing table. He also builds the referral network that brings new owners and qualified buyers to the firm.
